Going Above and Beyond After The Sale

My name is Stephen and I recenty purchased a house with the help of Norma Benavidez.  I received excellent service from the start and I was very satisfied with the entire process.  However, the reason I am emailing you today is commend Norma for going above and beyond after the sale.

Last week, I came down to Texas for a few days in order to move some things into the house.  I brought along an envelope with several important documents that I would need to get a Texas driver's license- including my passport.  When I arrived back in Philadelphiea, I discovered to my horror that I had left that envelope at the new house...and I was leaving for Mexico in only 8 days...and this was the friday of memorial day weekend.

I was in a panic and I even considered flying down to Texas for a day to retrieve my documents.  Instead, I called Norma and asked if she could go over to the house and retrieve the envelope.  She happily agreed and said that she would be glad to do it.  I overnighted the keys to the house to her and the next day (the Saturday of memorial day weekend nonetheless!) she went over to the house and found the envelope and sent it back to me.  She even got to the fedex store before the last pickup of the day and I had the envelope back by Tuesday morning.

I just wanted to say a big thanks to Norma and your realty company for excellent servce during the entire process.  Norma was a huge lifesaver when I have very few options.
